I am current seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a multi-million pound turnover retail business based near Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family run, established business where you will be welcomed and supported from day one. Your role will involve the processing of purchase invoices, dealing with supplier queries, managing multi-site locations, supplier statement reconciliations, and preparing payment run schedules.
Ideally you will:
Have at least one year Accounts Payable experience
Highly organised and committed to the role. My client would ideally like someone in this role for the long term
An excellent communicator confident in both face to face and telephone communication with a wide variety of people
Fully conversant with MS Office
