My client is an established and growing Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive following in the South Birmingham area. Due to a substantial period of growth, they require a lettings Accounts Assistant who must have experience dealing with rent, landlord, and contractor payments. Working alongside a Company Accountant, you will be joining a sociable, friendly and supportive team.
Ideally you will:
• Have extensive experience within the property industry in an accounts/bookkeeping role
• Be an excellent communicator both face to face and over the phone
• Be able to pick up new systems and processes easily
• Have the ability to work at a fast pace, maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times
• Experience of Sage Line 50/Veco is advantageous but not essential
