Bookkeeper

We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper in a long-standing and stable business that is within Manufacturing sector. The business is globally working and nationally recognised but they have a lovely SME feel with a close-knit and supportive team! The team have an extremely high retention rate and they are really hoping for a positive individual to embed themselves in the team and stay for years to come!

This is a varied role and the successful Bookkeeper will be getting involved with a variety of duties! Responsibilities will include maintaining bank reconciliations and payment schedules, posting journals for accruals and pre-payments, managing recharges and assisting in the production of financial reports. The team are happy to provide any training necessary as the most important thing to them is that perfect team fit. This would be a Bookkeeper with a positive and motivated attitude, that wants to get to know the team, get involved and stay long-term!

Skills Required

• The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role in order to hit the ground running in this position
• The team are hoping for an applicant with plentiful experience in bank reconciliations and journal posting
• Must be a team-player with a positive mind-set and sociable personality in order to fit in with the team
• With the role being office based, the desire and ability to work in the office full time is essential
