Credit Control Manager

Overview

My client is a well-recognised organisation who are looking for a Credit Control Manager to focus primarily on debt recovery for large outstanding balances. With increased business over the past few years the credit control team now need a well organised Manager, who has the ability to prioritise tasks, meet challenging deadlines and manage an experienced team of credit controllers.

This role would ideally suit a Credit Control Manager with at least 3 years prior managing experience and enjoys a fast-paced challenging workload. With the company looking to further its growth in the coming years it would also be beneficial to have prior system implementation experience as changes could be made within this area in the foreseeable future.

Skills required:

• Demonstrate strong leadership, management and mentoring qualities, whilst being able to balance demands from other senior members of the business and key stakeholders
• Have examples of instances in which you have been able to deliver tangible improvements to processes in order to increase efficiency’s
• Have experience of working at pace in an organised fashion, delivering several objectives / projects to a high-quality level to tight deadlines
• Be able to work on your own initiative with a proactive approach towards resolving any issues within any aspect of your job role
