Graduate Finance Administrator

Calling all graduates! We are currently recruiting for a really exciting opportunity that will allow the right person the opportunity to get their foot in the door and start gaining experience within a professional environment. This position here is a finance administrator and will have the successful person interacting with a range of clients and suppliers of the business, resolving finance queries and monitoring a shared inbox with finance related tasks.

This position will also be supporting with a range of data entry tasks, management of excel spreadsheets with up to date figures and other ad-hoc tasks for management. This position here is looking to begin as a temporary role for 6 months with a really strong chance that it will convert to permanent. With it being a temporary role, we are looking for it to begin as soon as possible so please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.

Ideally, you will:

• Have strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with a range of stakeholders for the business.
• Be computer literate as you will be dealing with excel spreadsheets and internal bespoke systems.
• Be eager to learn, as this position will provide the right individual the opportunity to vastly expand their experience and knowledge.
• Be immediately available as this position is looking to get started as soon as possible.
