An exciting creative business based in Walsall are currently recruiting a proactive Payroll Manager on a 9 – 12 month FTC maternity cover. The role is very fast paced and commercially focussed and involves liaising with various departments such as sales, accounts and finance.
Here you can gain some real hands on experience as a Payroll officer liaising with various departments and reporting into Directors within a fun vibrant media business. This role can develop in anyway the candidate likes dependant on what the candidate enjoys.
Ideally, you will:
• Have experience collaboratively, reconciling HR documentation, on new starters / leavers / statutory adjustments
• Have Payroll experience including P11D and P46 and completing the full end to end process of 375 staff
• Be responsible for all Payroll relation reports eg. Gender pay gap
• Be a strong communicator
