Systems Accountant

Overview

Mitchell Adam are excited to announce their newly found collaboration with an established and expansive organisation in the property industry. This organisation is looking to bring on a talented Systems Accountant into their vibrant offices in West Bromwich. Their offices are accessible via public transportation and their free on-site parking allows travel via car.

Our client is seeking an individual who has fantastic experience in using and assisting colleagues with an accounting software, such as SAP, Sage or Oracle. This role will also include aspects of purchase-to-pay, so some prior experience is preferred. The role will include some supervision and oversight of colleagues at times, and will provide opportunities of project management in various occasions at times throughout your time in this position.

Skills Required

• To be currently studying or to have started studying for an accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA. You do not have to be fully qualified to apply for this position.
• To have prior experience or exposure to purchase-to-pay responsibilities, as this is a critical part of this position.
• To have an excellent style of communication, as you will be working closely and directly reporting into the Finance Director in this role.
• To be confident and detail oriented, as a Systems Accountant you will be working with and presenting figures and data to senior management.
